All of the therapists at InMind have an overarching interest in mindfulness and meditation. We believe that the act of being present in the moment leads to the best quality of life. We believe that meditation trains our brains to reset, to develop new neural pathways and to find balance.

If you do not have a mindfulness or meditation practice, please ask one of our clinicians to assist you in developing one. Cutting-edge research has found that mindfulness and meditation are key to longevity and mental / physical health.
